The BRS Golf Tee Time Manager is recognised as the UK and Ireland's leading Tee Time Management and Online Booking System. More than 380 golf clubs , including 45% of clubs in Ireland, use the system to manage all aspects of their bookings from societies, corporate, visitors and members.
The system is a complete management tool for tee time bookings and includes over 50 reports delivering course usage, revenues, and building and using a marketing database. In addition, the system allows both Members and Visitors to book online through their club website. Currently 130,000 members use the system to book times for competitions and/or casual tee times and in 2009 £2.1 Million was booked online by visitors.
The BRS Tee Time Manager is made up of 4 key modules:
- The Club Diary allows you to manage all aspects of your clubs bookings including green fee, catering and allows you send automatic email confirmations and reminders saving valuable staff time. Build a marketing database and use the 50+ reports to maximise revenue and course usage.
- Visitor Online Booking allowing Visitors to pay by credit card for times that your club want to sell. You are in full control of which times are available and at what price. BRS have now processed over £3.5 Million Pounds of tee times.
- Members Online Booking allows your members to book tee times for Competitions and Casual Tee Times. Over 140,000 members are now booking their Tee Times through BRS on a daily basis.
- Room/Facility Booking allows you to manage rooms and other facilities at your club.
