Green Fee Rates Green fee prices shown online are for online bookings only. The standard green fee will apply to all phone & walk in bookings. Extra savings for groups of 9+: Call us on 015394 43123. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. We will take the full green fee or open entry and your bookiing will be confirmed by email. When you arrive for your round of golf, you should report to the Golf Shop before beginning your round and show your booking confirmation details. Please note that the Golf shop opens between 8am and 5pm. Tee off times outside of these hours should be booked and paid for in advance and will not require you to check in. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your date of play there will be no charge. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to the tee off time there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit / debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Alteration of Tee Time Windermere Golf Club reserves the right to move your tee time if required subject to discussions with the player. Course Conditions Status ============= The status of the course is updated daily and can be found on the Windermere Golf Club website homepage. Players should check the status of the course before booking or travelling to ensure that all messages are adhered to and any restrictions understood. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. We will hold any amount paid and offer an alternative date, should the date be unsatisfactory we will offer a full refund. Please contact the office on 015394 43123 option 2 Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. 2 fore 1 vouchers are accepted and are applied to the day rate, they are not accepted in conjunction with any other offer. Bookings must be made via the club. Handicaps ========= This facility is available to golfers who have a handicap of 54 or less (men) or 54 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard for general play. If you are entering an open competition you must have a current and active World Handicap and be a member of an affiliated golf club. Juniors are not permitted to enter any opens other than the Junior open and Winter Opens. Dress Code ========== All clothing must be recognised golfing attire. The following are not permitted on the golf course: denims, sports shorts, football/rugby tops. Golf Shoes must be worn for safety reasons - metal/soft spikes or dimpled sole allowed. Clubhouse dress code is clean, smart/casual clothing. Cancellation Policy: Members booking a tee time as a visitor. =================== Any member booking a tee time as a visitor tee time and subsequently cancelling the tee time will be refunded the amount onto their membership gold card account. Golf Buggies The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy please contact the Golf Reception on 015394 43123 failure to do this may result in NO buggy being available on the day of play.  Please note that buggies are weather dependent, please check course conditions before play.
