Welcome to the Willesley Park Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Willesley Park Golf Club by email, info@willesleypark.com or telephone, 01530 414596. 
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

No cancellations will be accepted on the day.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), an alternative game will be offered.

Open Competitions
=================
Willesley Park Golf Club reserve the right to alter start times and the number of holes playable to constitute a competition.

All players wishing to enter must be a member of a golf club, and hold a valid WHS Handicap Index, and have submitted a minimum of ten qualifying cards in the previous twelve months before the date of the competition.

Cancellation Policy:  Anyone wishing to cancel an Open Competition entry should contact the Pro Shop or the Office on 01530 414596, any Open Competition entries cancelled with less than 14 days' notice are non-refundable.

Personal ride on buggies by prior arrangement only.  Buggy insurance certificate required. Email copy to info@willesleypark.com.prior to the event.

Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have an official WHS handicap of 54 or less.

Dress Code
==========
See dress code on club website.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please contact the pro shop on 01530 414820.

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01530 414596.
