Due to the widespread usage of Fertilisers and other chemical treatments on the course, we are sorry but we can not allow dog walking.
They are very welcome in and around the clubhouse, if kept under control.

closed (e.g. bad weather), please contact us and we will refund.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
This facility is available to golfers of any level.
Handicaps will only be required if you intend to enter a Whitin Bay Golf Club 'OPEN' competition.
Dress Code
==========
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However, sports shorts, shell suits and track suit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Footwear - shoes or sandals - should be worn within the clubhouse but not spiked shoes.
Spikes
======
Soft spikes are preferred on the course, but are not essential. Trainers and other flat-soled footwear are NOT acceptable, and are in fact dangerous for some areas of the course.
Buggies
=======
The club has a number of 2-person buggies available for hire.
These are normally reserved for the older and/or less able bodied golfer, as there are certainly some areas of the course that are quite physically taxing. However, these may be available to hire to any player(s) providing they hold a full drivers license.
There is also a Disclaimer Agreement Form which MUST be read and completed prior to hire.
Under NO circumstances are the buggies to be used to carry alcohol around the course.
The Club reserves to right to withhold the hire of buggies to any party deemed unsuitable, or if weather conditions deem the course unsuitable for buggy use. Please respect the Starters decision in these matters at all times.
Car Parking
===========
The golf club has a fairly sizeable car park available to visitors and members. It is in a safe area in relation to the playing facilities. However, please park all vehicles with a degree of common sense. Please do NOT park directly behind the Buggy Shed to allow access in and out at all times.
Disabled Access
===============
The golf club now has disabled access and facilities for any family members who wish to visit the club while the golfers play the course.
