This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the golf shop or golf bar before beginning your round. If the golf shop and the bar are closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 day before your tee time, there will be a charge of 80% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. snow), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is available to any golfers who wish to play, with or without a handicap. If you don't have a handicap, you are able to play on this course. Dress Code ========== The following are not permitted on the golf course: flip-flops or other flat soled footwear, dirty/soiled working clothes. It is at the discretion of the course professional and the owners and staff of the complex, to assess what is classified as soiled or dirty. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Clubs ====== Every player MUST have a set of clubs. There will be NO exceptions. If you turn up without a set of clubs you will be required to hire a set at a rate of £12.50 per set. Offers with food ====== Food is only available at times when the kitchen is open. If you arrive back after the kitchen is closed, you will be unable to order your food until the kitchen re-opens.
