No 141834 These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times at Whalley Golf Club using our on-line booking facility. Payment To book a tee time on-line, you must enter your credit/debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking For tee bookings (not Open Competitions) you should report to the Pro shop prior to commencing your round to collect bag tags and score cards. If the shop is closed, score cards are available in the entrance foyer. Cancellation Policy You cannot cancel your booking on the web site. For casual tee times: If you are unable to play, please contact the Professional on 01254 824766 to rearrange a tee time. For Open Competitions: A refund will only be given providing a replacement pair/team take your booked tee time. Please call the office on 01254 822236 to discuss. If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be given. Course Closed If you are unable to play your round of golf, the course being closed, (eg due to bad weather), please contact the Professional on 01254 824766 to rearrange a tee time or the office on 01254 822236 to arrange a refund. Booking Transferable The booking is completely transferable. Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer it to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps This facility is only open to golfers who hold an official CONGU handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you do not hold an official handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code Normal golf dress code applies. The wearing of denims, sports shorts, football/rugby tops, tee-shirts is not permitted. Golf shoes should be worn at all times. Spikes Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies SAMPLE BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has X buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01254 822236.
