This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Click here to book an open competition. Click here to cancel an existing booking. Green Fee Rates The 2020 summer (1-May to 30-Sep) green fee rates range from £120 to £140. The 2020 Autumn (1-Oct to 30-Oct) green fee rates range from £90 to £100. The 2020-21 Winter (1-Nov to 31-Mar) green fee rates range from £65 to £240. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payments. ======== To book a tee off through our web site you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our on-line payment Process. Your card will be charged with a non-refundable deposit of £40 per player except in the case of an OPEN COMPETITION when the full charge will apply. No further charge will be made until you turn up to play. When you turn up to play, you can choose to pay the balance due by cash or credit/debit card. You should report to the secretary's office before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== If you cancel your bookings more than 2 weeks before your date of play, you will not incur any additional charge. If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your date of play, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. In the case of OPEN COMPETITIONS where full payment has already been taken and the competitor wishes to cancel, the option to transfer the tee time to a family member or friend is available. No refunds will be forthcoming unless a replacement is available from any reserve list that may or may not exist. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. On Arrival Please report to the starter who will make sure you have access to the clubhouse and locker rooms. Dress Code ========== Any clothing specifically manufactured for golf is acceptable. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, etc. Tailored shorts are permitted on the course with white socks. Clubhouse ========== Smart casual clothing should be worn in the Clubhouse.
