When you visit our Golf Club, we collect only the information required from you to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations. We may also collect further information through our website, which allows us to contact you regarding events and offers at the club.
As an employee, we collect only the information required to fulfil the contractual relationship between you and the club and we only share this data with internal and external data processors.
How the information about you will be shared.
When you join as a member or enter into a society event or open competition we may share your information with external and internal data processors (ClubV1, BRS etc. Membership Administration System) your personal data is controlled internally by the clubs Data Protection officer who adheres to the Golf Clubs internal data policies and procedures.
You may have opted in for us to be able to correspond with you regarding out activities including events and competitions by way of post, telephone, email and SMS. We dont share your data with external marketing companies who would contact you this way. If you have consented to this correspondence, you can opt out at any time.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this information, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or write to the data controller at the club. This will be provided to you in a portable, machine-readable commonly used format.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date you may ask us to correct or erase information that you think is inaccurate.
At the time of collection data, you have the right to object to the club holding certain information about you.

Pace of Play
To ensure that all golfers enjoy their experience at Tralee Golf Club, players are ask to move swiftly and obey the course ranger at all times.
Caddies should be requested in advance; however, there is no guarantee of availability on the day of play.
Payment of caddy is the sole responsibility of the golfer.
Appropriate golf attire is required. Sleeveless shirts and trainers/sneakers/jogging pants/ rugby shirts are not permitted at Tralee Golf Club. The Club reserves the right to refuse access to the Clubhouse/Course to anyone dressed inappropriately.
Points to note
Maximum Handicap requirements are:
Ladies: 36/ Gentlemen: 28
Single golfers and two-balls may be obliged to team up with other golfers to make a four-ball.
Mobile/Cell phones are not permitted on the golf course or clubhouse.
The Club does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property.
A deposit of 50% (Non Refundable) to be received by the club at time of booking. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or cheque drawn on an Irish bank and made payable in euro are acceptable). Failure to do so automatically cancels your reservation.
All reservations will be confirmed in writing (by fax or email).
Failure to keep an appointed tee time will result in full forfeiture of pre-payment. Refunds will not be issued.
In the event of course closure, where the Management deems the course unplayable, an alternative date will be offered (based on availability) or payment will be refunded in full.
