Member Terms and Conditions
Deposits and Payments:
Please note we require full payment at the time of booking.
Payment Options: We accept Credit/Debit Card, Amex and Bank Transfer.
All bookings will be confirmed by email.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Our cancellation policy is 30 days in advance of the booked tee time. All cancellations must be sent in writing/email to
[email protected].
Your booking can be rescheduled subject to availability. Should your booking be transferred from an off-peak time to a peak time, your booking will be subject to an increased charge.
If you wish to transfer your booking to the following calendar year, this can be facilitated. However, please be aware that the new booking time may be subject to a new green fee rate.
Additional Charges/Services:
Club Hire: €50
Golf Buggy: €50 (Medical Cert Required)
Caddie Hire: The Fee is paid in cash directly to the Caddie. €80 for a single bag caddie or €160 for a double-bag caddie (Caddies will double bag during busy periods).
Forecaddie: €30 per golfer (Min 3 players).
Please ensure your group are aware of caddy costs and payment method before arrival.
Caddies are on a request basis only.
Catering is available in the clubhouse from 10:00am. If early morning catering is required, please contact us in advance. Dinner Menu Options available on request.
Privacy:
Players' names entered on the booking will appear on the online timesheet. Please be advised that these names will be visible to members of The Island Golf Club. All other information will be accessible to Club administration staff only.
