Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

If you fail to turn up for your booking without cancelling then we will deduct the full greenfee applicable at that time from your card details held at the time of booking.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not
process the transaction until you turn up to play.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit or debit card. You should report to the
Golf Shop at least 15 minutes or before your start time. If the Golf shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 3 days in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
The course very rarely closes due to bad weather due to our chalky soil base that gives excellent drainage. In the rare event that the course is closed no charge will be made to your credit/debitcard.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
Handicap certificates are not required although we do expect all players to have adequate previous golf experience, adhere to golf course etiquette and maintain a sufficient pace of play. We reserve the right to refuse play or further play at the Club's discretion.

Dress Code
==========
Normal Golf Club dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: Blue denim jeans, beach or sports shorts, football/rugby tops, T-shirts, tracksuit trousers. Shirts must be of golf attire and have collars on them.

Golf Shoes must be worn, soft spikes are preferred but metal spikes may be worn in wet conditions.

Each player must have a set of clubs in their golf bag, strictly no sharing.

A maximum of four players can play in each tee time.

Golf Buggies

The club has 8 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy,
you should enter this in the booking form. Buggies are at the discretion of the Golf Club decisions are made on the daily basis in the case of bad weather or course conditions.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01256771737.
