TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility.
PAYMENT:
Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.
When you arrive at the club you should register in the Pro Shop before commencing your round.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking by contacting either the Club Secretary or the Club Professional by email or telephone. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. Refunds will only be available if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the tee reservation, otherwise an alternate date will be offered.
For all Open Competitions a FULL ENTRY FEE will be required at the time of booking. Should you cancel more than 14 days before the event a full refund will be given, if you cancel less than 14 days before the event no refund will be given.
Players must be able to produce an England Golf Handicap Certificate and have a minimum of three individual 18 hole qualifying competitions in the previous 12 month period.
COURSE CLOSED:
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), please contact the club and you will receive a full refund, or we will try to re-arrange your booking.
BOOKING TRANSFERABLE:
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
DRESS CODE - ON THE COURSE:
Normal golf dress code applies. Recognised golf attire must be worn, and shirts must be tucked in. The following are not permitted: denims, cargo trousers/shorts, beach/football shorts, football/rugby/hooded tops, training shoes. Shirts must have sleeves & collars.

DRESS CODE IN THE CLUBHOUSE:
Smart casual clothing including denims and training shoes may be worn in the clubhouse and shirts must have a collar. Torn dirty clothing, head wear and golf shoes are not permitted.

SHOES:
Recognised golf shoes must be worn on the course.
INSURANCE:
Whilst the club’s corporate insurance programme includes an element of liability protection, we would recommend that all visiting golfers should ensure that they have adequate liability insurance operative prior to playing the course
TROLLEYS:
Wide wheeled trolleys only are permitted on the course. They are available on hire from the Pro Shop if necessary. The permitted use of trolleys is determined by the weather conditions as the course may be open for play, but trolleys are banned. In these circumstances all Members and Visitors are required to carry their clubs. If in doubt, please telephone the Pro Shop.
