Welcome to the Strathmore Golf Centre Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

On Arrival
==========

You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, please call in after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policies
=====================

1. GOLF WEEKS:

The cancellation policies of The Scottish Mixed Pairs Golf Week and The Scottish Golf Pairs Challenge Golf Week override the general cancellation policies found below. For the cancellation policies of the Golf Weeks please visit www.golfweeksscotland.co.uk/

2. GENERAL TEE TIMES:

You can cancel your booking by telephoning Strathmore Golf Centre on 01828 633322. Please quote your unique reference number, and date and time of play.

If you cancel your booking your green fee will be refunded in full (see additional notes for Open Competitions). Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card used on the booking transaction.

There will be no charge (other than any seasonal or day/time price adjustments) if you wish to move your tee time.

3. OPEN COMPETITIONS: If you cancel your booking after the official draw is published, you may lose your entry fee.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, and in the event of a 'no show' there will be no refund offered.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), a refund or reschedule will be offered.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
Although we don't require golfers to have an official handicap, we would expect our visitors to be able to play the game of golf to a reasonable standard.

Dress Code
==========
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. Smart jeans are acceptable although the wearing of light blue denim is discouraged. Shorts should be tailored.
Appropriate footwear must be worn. Juniors playing the Ranneleroch Course must comply with the dress code.

The management reserves the right to refuse access to use the Centre's facilities to anyone who they feel is inappropriately dressed.

Spikes
======
Soft spikes are preferred on the course.

Golf Buggies

The club has a fleet of electric buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01828633322.
