Member Terms and Conditions
Annual Ticket Terms and Conditions include the following:
1. ANNUAL TICKETS
A Ticket is valid for 12 months, is available on a first come, first served basis and is strictly subject to availability. It does not confer any rights or guarantee that a tee time will be available. No Show penalties apply. The full due amount is payable in advance of its start date and is non-refundable and non-transferable. If payment is not received by the due date the ticket will lapse and green fees will be charged. Subject to agreement it is possible to spread this commitment over a period; but should a spread payment be overdue your Ticket will lapse. A finger swipe must be actioned in the Golf Reception before commencing a round on the Course failure will result in a standard green fee charge and no exceptions will be given.
Your Home Course must be designated at time of purchase and must be the Course nearest to your residence (checked by postcode)
7-Day Ticket valid Monday to Sunday
4-Day Ticket valid Monday to Friday, excluding Bank/Public Holidays
2. GENERAL ACCESS
All persons wishing to play must have been granted a tee time before entering the course. Each individual is only allowed one teetime per online booking, telephone call or visit.
10 minutes prior to play all players must book in at Reception, be beside the starting tee 5 minutes before their tee off time. Tee time bookings can be made by calling our Customer Service Team up to 7 days in advance or by booking online up to 9 days in advance. Tee time allocations will apply with a 60:40 split between Pay & Play and Ticket holders.
3. ACCESS TO OTHER COURSES
If you hold a current Annual Ticket, we have reciprocal play arrangements at our other Golf Courses. Please enquire for details.
4. COURSE RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to close at any time, for any reason. Restrictions apply to specific golfers these could include full or partial Course closure, limited play to protect the Course, temporary tees and greens and maintenance work. Bad weather through November to March is inevitable and playing restrictions are considered to be an acceptable part of playing winter golf. It is not an attainable target for our Course to be open all the year but we do strive to extend the amount of play possible. Tickets holders must adhere to the local course rules, regulations, and all instructions from the Customer Service Team.
5. GOLF ROUND AND PACE OF PLAY
A round will be deemed to have commenced once a player has teed off at the designated starting tee and playing the Course in order to the designated finishing hole. Players must play without undue delay and in accordance with our pace of play guidelines, which are that all players should keep up with the players in front. The pace of play is 4hrs 15mins for an 18-hole round.
6. HEALTH & SAFETY
Golf can be dangerous be aware of fellow golfers, course staff, park visitors and slippery surfaces. All persons acknowledge that they enter the Course, surrounds and premises at their own risk and consent to the risk of loss, damage or injury howsoever caused. All persons have a duty of care not to behave in such a way that others may be injured by their actions. You also have a duty to take care not to injure yourself. The use of golf shoe cleats (rubber spikes) can be risky on many surfaces. Common sense dictates and it is a players own responsibility to discontinue play when there is danger from lightning, fog, ice or hard ground. The Course Staff have priority at all times; when they are ready; they will stand aside and give a clear signal. Any player out on the Course when Reception closes continues to play at their own risk acknowledging that there is no Staff on-site. In the case of emergency, please contact the Emergency Services and offer any guidance advice for the nearest point of entry to your local course. The scorecard details our postcode and phone number. We recommend that golfers have their own public liability insurance as general household insurance does not normally cover accidents on the golf course. We are not liable for any injuries incurred on the golf course.
The following policies in place and are available for inspection on request: Child Protection Policy, Health & Safety Policy & Statement; Bullying & Harassment in the Workplace Policy. Anyone who breaches, or causes a breach of these policies will have their ticket revoked and/or access to the course denied.
8. GRIEVANCE & COMPLAINTS
Any complaint, be it about the state of the Course or about the conduct of a member of Staff, is to be made directly to the Duty Manager and not to any other member of Staff. The General Manager will investigate and resolve the complaint.
We operate open access pay and play Golf Courses where everyone has an equal opportunity to experience golf in a friendly and relaxed environment. We are committed to introducing children, young adults and the inexperienced to golf in a safe sporting environment in which they can have fun whilst learning and developing. To achieve our ethos, a tee-time booking allocation is operated. The overriding principle is that consideration should be shown to others, and to the care of the Course, at all times. All players should conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse admission or tee times to any customer for any reason.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Information provided by our Customers is solely used for processing and administration purposes, golfing news, events and retail sales.
