These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your debit or credit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

Please report to club shop in clubhouse before beginning your round.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================

You can cancel your booking on our website by entering your unique ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your debit/credit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance NO refund will be issued.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card in GBP.

Course Closed
=============

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================

The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops.

Golf Buggies

The Club do not have buggies and we do not allow any buggies to be used at all. However, we do have electric trolleys as well as pull trolleys for hire.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01569762124.
