Welcome to the Stocksfield Golf Club Online Tee Time Reservation Service.
This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant
on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

CASUAL GREEN FEES AND VISITORS
Handicaps
This Booking facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Payment
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details. 100% of the fee will be deducted using our secure on-line payment process.
When you turn up for your round you should report to the
Pro shop before you tee off.
Cancellation Policy for Casual Visitors
You can cancel your booking at any time on the web site by entering your unique
ref number given to you at the time of booking. Alternatively you can phone 01661 843041 (Option 1 - Office or Option 2 – Pro Shop).
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
If you fail to cancel your booking or do not turn up for your round the outstanding balance of your Green Fee will be charged to your credit/debit card.
Booking Transferable
Your booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else e.g.
family member or friend.
Course Closed
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your booking.
Green Fees
Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends,
we sometimes offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute.

The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.
Dress Code
Normal EGU/ELGA dress code applies for golf at Stocksfield. The following are NOT permitted on the course: tracksuits, blue denim jeans, football/rugby/cricket replica shirts, tee shirts, collarless shirts, sports shorts, trainers (except for trial junior members), hats/caps worn incorrectly, trousers tucked into socks. The dress code for the clubhouse is smart/casual at all times (hats/caps are not allowed in the clubhouse)
Metal or Soft Spikes are permitted - please take care as some areas of the course are slippy in damp conditions and metal spikes are encouraged in winter.
In all circumstances we reserve the right to change your tee time but any changes will be communicated to you immediately.

Golf Buggies
Buggy Hire
The club has 7 buggies that can be booked by Visitors at a cost of £20 per round. If you require a buggy you should enter this in the booking form. Please note that the Club reserves the right to cancel a booking at short notice if course conditions are not suitable. The normal hire period is 1st May to 30th September.
Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc
If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01661 843041 (Option 3).
