This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will be charged with the full amount of the fee. Open Competitions must be paid in full on booking. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Green fees include a compulsory supplement of 50p to cover insurance whilst playing the course. Cancellation Policy =================== To request cancellation of a booking please call the Club on 01524 701300. OPEN COMPETITIONS: If you cancel your booking less than one month before your date of play, you will lose your entry fee. CASUAL TEE RESERVATIONS: If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, you will only get a refund of 50%. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be given. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an acceptable standard. Dress Code ========== All visitors are asked to observe the rules of golf and its traditions in respect of dress and etiquette both on the golf course and in the Clubhouse. Dress should be smart, casual, recognised golf attire and a copy of our dress rules is available on our website. Footwear ========== Recognised golf shoes must be worn on the course. Please note some areas of the course are slippery in wet conditions. Golf Buggies **Please note that any requirements requested in the Additional Requirements field on the booking form will need to be confirmed with the golf club by phone.** The club has 8 x 2 seater buggies and 1 x single seater buggy that can be booked. If you require a buggy please contact our proshop on 01524 701300. ext.3 The hire or use of a buggy is at the discretion of the club.
