This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Green Fee Rates GREENFEE MESSAGE: Due to further Covid restrictions being introduced in different areas we are only accepting member bookings for the remainder of 2020. If you would like to arrange a visitor booking for 2021 then please email [email protected] and a member of staff will be in touch. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You must report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by phoning the Office 016973 31304. If you cancel your booking your deposit is non refundable but can be carried forward to a future booking. Open Competitions. If you cancel an entry for an Open Competition you will only be refunded your entry money if the Club can find a replacement. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking you will forfeit your deposit. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed then we will try our best to accommodate you on a different date. If not then a refund of the deposit will be given. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). Dress Code ========== Normal smart/casual dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the additional requirements.
