TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
You may book a tee time up to one week in advance of your visit. Once booked, this may be changed if necessary by contacting the Professional on 01274 563674.
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your time and date of play,
you will be entitled to a full refund of your green fee. If you cancel after this time, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of your green fee.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund.
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered at least one alternative date and time. If we are unable to find a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to a full refund. If weather conditions are uncertain, we advise that you contact the Club prior to arrival to ensure the course is open.
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Recognised golfing apparel is expected on the course. Full details of our dress code can be found on our website.
Suitable golfing footwear for the prevailing conditions should be worn.
Open Day Cancellation Policy
After booking your time for any Open Day, alterations to or cancellation of your tee time can only be made by telephoning the Professional on 01274 563674. Any refund, especially within two weeks of the date of the event, is at the Club's discretion only.
