Terms & Conditions for tee time bookings:
Payment in advance is required for all visitor bookings. For visitor bookings made via the online booking portal, payment will be taken at the time of the booking. If the booking is made via telephone or email with a member of staff, a payment request link will be sent via email. Payment must be made prior to the tee time.
Cancellation and Amendments
To cancel or amend your booking please contact the club via email: [email protected]
. You must include your surname and booking reference.
Bookings can be moved to a future date and time providing that there is tee time availability and the green fee rates for the new dates are valid. We will let you know if there are any changes to the green fee rates.
If moving your booking to a different date is not suitable you can cancel your tee time. Refunds are given based on the date of cancellation:
Within 7 days: 0% refund
Within 14 days: 50% refund
Over 15 days: 100% refund
If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be issued
All bookings are transferable. Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. To transfer your booking please call the club on 015396 21551 or email [email protected]
with the new player names and handicaps. You must include your surname and booking reference.
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed, we will look to move your tee time to a future date. If we are unable to find a suitable alternative date a full refund will be provided.
Decision on course closure will be made by a club official. If the course is deemed playable, but golfers decide not to play no refund will be issued, but you may be offered an alternative date at the club's discretion.
All competitors must have 'active' CONGU handicaps. Prize winners will have their handicaps verified prior to the results being finalised.
