Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting SCHLOSS Roxburghe Hotel & Golf Course by email, c.montgomerie@roxburghe.net or telephone, 01573 450 333. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GOLF dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 10 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you can book this online calling the Professional Shop on 01573 450 333. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01573 450 331.
