Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the Rother Valley Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable:    Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. Terms and Conditions These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by contacting Rother Valley Golf Centre by telephone on 01142 473000. Refunds will only be given for cancellations where 24 hours or more notice has been given. Refunds will not be given for cancellations where less than 24 hours notice is given. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. If you do need to cancel your booking it can be rearranged to another suitable time and day or, if this isn't possible, a full refund can be made to the payment card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies Golf Buggies The club has 10 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please call the golf shop on 01142473000 to check availability and confirm a booking. Including that a buggy is required in the booking notes does not guarantee one is available and booked. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01142 473000.
