There is no booking fee. Prices quoted online are for those booking tee times through the Online Tee Booking System.  These prices will not apply at Golf Reception.  Please book online to avoid disappointment. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit/debit card details using our secure on-line payment process; Payment is taken at the time of booking. Prices stated online are for online sales only and will not be available direct from golf reception on any day. All golfers must report to the Golf shop before commencing play. If the Golf shop is not open, you should call in after your round is complete. Please be aware that if you are booking a 1-ball, 2-ball or 3-ball, the Resort reserves the right to add a player(s) to your booking, especially on busy days. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the website at any time by entering your booking reference number. You can also cancel your booking by contacting the Golf Shop directly on 028 777 60105. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you shall receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, you will receive a 50% refund of the green fee. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking within the time frames set out above, there will be no refund of the green fee. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your round of golf is transferable to another date. Alternatively, your credit/debit card will be fully refunded. Please note that in extreme weather conditions, Golf Buggies may not be permitted; even if the course remains open. Booking Transferable ==================== Your booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else, such as a family member or friend. Alternatively, your booking may be moved to another date. Dress Code ========== Please take note of the Course Dress Code Regulations. Acceptable clothing guidelines… •Tailored shorts are acceptable, but only if socks are worn •Golf shoes must be worn at all times on the course •All gents’ shirts should be collared and sleeved Unacceptable clothing guidelines… •Football or Rugby shirts nor Athletic Tops •Tracksuits or Sports Shorts •Denims, Ripped or Torn Jeans •Singlets or Vests •Training Shoes •Flip Flops or Sandals •Visible Offensive Tattoos •Removal of shirts for sunbathing is not permitted anywhere within the bounds of the Golf Course or the Clubhouse •Mannerly conduct should be adhered to at all times When using the Clubhouse, guidelines… •Golf shoes, which have been used on the golf course, should not be worn in the clubhouse unless cleaned •Although, The Bar and Golf Shop are soft spiked areas; No hard spikes inside please •Hats or visors should not be worn inside the Clubhouse Note – Visitors & Members in any doubt are requested to ask for advice at the Golf Shop reception desk to save embarrassment! The Golf Shop staff and Course Marshall have the right to refuse entry to the course if the Dress Code is not adhered to! •Please avoid slow play at all times... Your place on the course, behind those in front, not in front of those behind. Golf Buggies The Resort has 5 buggies available.   We advise pre-booking for these to avoid disappointment.   If a buggy is required, please enter this information into the booking form. Golf Buggies are available subject to weather conditions.
