This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Green Fee Rates GREENFEE MESSAGE: Although the Club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Open Competitions and Casual Play - To book a tee time on-line please enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process and full payment will be taken. Booking Transferable ==================== The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Cancellation Policy =================== Casual Play - Please ring the Professional on 01777 703733 Option 2 to transfer your booking to another time or arrange a refund. Within 2 days of play, 50% will be retained. Open Competitions - Please ring the Office 01777 711188 Option 1 to cancel your booking and a full refund will be given. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before play, the full charge will stand. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund can be made. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), please ring for an alternative time or to arrange a refund. Open Competitions - if a competition has to be postponed you will receive a refund if you are unable to play on the amended date. Handicaps ========= Casual Play - This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Open Competitions - This facility is only available to golfers who have an active handicap.
