Tel. 01625 828242 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times in our OPEN COMPETITIONS using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. The full Open Entry fee will be deducted from your credit/debit card immediately. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 month before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your entry fees. If you cancel your booking with less than 1 month's notice you will lose your whole open entry fee. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking or fail to turn up the entry will be treated as a cancellation. Course Closed ============= In the event of bad weather cancelling or curtailing the Open Competition the competition committee will make appropriate decisions as to cancelling, rearranging or declaring a result ensuring that all competitors are treated equitably. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= All our OPEN COMPETITIONS (with the exception of the Prestbury Open - Men's 36 hole scratch) are open to gentlemen with a maximum COMPETITION handicap of 28 and ladies 36. However the maximum allowance in all our opens is 21 for gentlemen and 30 for ladies. Competitors must be bona fide amateur members of recognised golf clubs and comply with any age limitations.Proof of handicap will be required from all prize winners. The handicap limit for the Prestbury Open - Men's 36 hole scratch is 9. Prizes and Presentations ======================== The names of all prizewinners will be published on the Prestbury Club website (www.prestburygolfclub.com). There will not be a presentation but prizewinners may collect their prizes on the day.Otherwise prizes will be sent in the post. Spikes ====== Soft or metal spikes may be worn but care should be taken on steep slopes particularly when wet. Mobile Phones ============= The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the Clubhouse and only for emergency use on the course. Golf Buggies Please note that we have a limited number of Buggies for hire. Any players intending to hire a buggy MUST contact the Pro's Shop prior to the date of the competition.
