This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. INTERNET TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Booking Conditions. These booking conditions are periodically subject to change. ACCURACY Although all reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information (including prices) on our web site in our email newsletters, in our promotion material and in pirited media, regrettably changes and errors occasionally occur. You must therefore check the details of your chosen tee time (including the price) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to increase the price of any tee time advertised on our website at any time before you book. Any price changes will be clearly visible to you at the time of booking. Any subsequent reduction in prices due to special offers advertised will not apply to confirmed bookings. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. This will be clearly visible as you go through the booking process, and all payments made, and outstanding amounts will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation. METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Connect. All payments made by credit card currently carry a 0% handling charge. For non on line bookings cheques are accepted to confirm your booking and are to be made payable to “Porthmadog Golf Club”. To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Cancellation Policy =================== Should you require to cancel your booking you must contact the Golf Club immediately. If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your date of play, we will be happy to provide a full credit. If you cancel your booking less than 2 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== A common-sense interpretation of our ‘smart casual’ dress code is requested, both on the course and in our clubhouse. Whilst tailored shorts are acceptable, the wearing of jeans, trainers, collarless shirts, sports vests etc. is not permitted. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01766 514124.
