This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, there may be times when the course in not busy a discounted rates may apply. The price will be quoted on the booking. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process any transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. Therefore no transaction will appear on your credit/debit card statement. You must report to the shop at least 5 minutes before your Tee Time to avoid any hold up on the 1st Tee.If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Your Green Fee price includes insurance Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel you booking proir to the date of play with with less than 72 hours notice there will be a charge of 50% of the full fee applicable on the day made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking and do not turn up on the day there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee for the booking made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend - they should report to the shop at least 5 minutes before the allotted Tee Time as above. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required for general play. Opens are for Golfers who have a GUI/ILGU handicap of 28 or less (men) + 36 or less (women) Dress Code ========== The following item of dress are unacceptable at all times: No Denims No Track Suits No Collarless Shirts except Polo Necks and Turtle Necks No Shirts displaying slogans No shorts other than Tailored Shorts Smart Casual is essential in the Clubhouse. It must be clean, neat and tidy and in keeping with the high standards of the Clubhouse. No hats or caps are to be worn in the Clubhouse. Any type of footwear worn on the course must be removed before entering the Clubhouse. N.B. Mobile phones must be kept on silent on the course and in the Clubhouse. Calls to be taken and made outside. Spikes ====== Spikes are permitted on the course. Golf Buggies The club has 1 buggy that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 028 38355356.
