We will debit your card at the point of booking. Cancellation Policy =================== To cancel your booking please read the following information Visitor Green Fees There is no on-line cancellation facility. You can only cancel your booking by contacting the Club Professional or the Club Secretary on 01244 550537. All bookings must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your visit. Open Green Fees There is no on-line cancellation facility. You can only cancel your booking by contacting the Club Professional or the Club Secretary on 01244 550537. All bookings must be cancelled 5 days in advance of your visit. Refunds: We are happy to refund all bookings if notice is given as noted above. A refund will be made within 5 working days to the card that was debited for your booking. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, we reserve the right to retain all green fees paid. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be made within 5 working days. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend by contacting the Club Professional in advance of the booking. Dress Code ========== Visitors playing golf will be required to wear recognized golfing attire. For guidance this would exclude jeans or tracksuits. Within the clubhouse smart/casual clothing is acceptable Golf shoes with spikes or 'soft spikes' must always be worn on the course. However soft spikes can be dangerous in icy conditions and visitors are advised to be aware of this. Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has 9 buggies that can be booked.
