These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our 
secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Old Course Ranfurly Golf Club by email, secretary@oldranfurly.com or telephone, 01505613214.
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.
If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, There will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.
If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
In the unlikely event that we close the course due to unplayable weather conditions, a refund of green fees will be made in full to your credit/debit card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Should you be unable
to make your tee time, you may transfer to another day or you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend providing they comply with the booking restrictions.

Handicaps
=========
This on-line booking facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (Men) or 36 or less (Ladies).

Dress Code
==========
Smart golf wear is required.  Men must tuck their shirts in.  Tailored shorts may be worn on the course and in the Clubhouse. The following are not permitted: denim or cargo trousers, football/rugby tops, round neck tee-shirts.

Shoes
======
Metal or soft spikes may be worn on the course but not in the Clubhouse. Trainers are not acceptable.

Golf Buggies

The Club has no buggies for hire but if you wish a pull trolley please call the Office or the Bar

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01505613214.
