Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment will be taken from your card at time of booking. OPEN COMPETITIONS ================== Full payment of the Entry Fee will be taken from your card on booking. You choose your tee time but please note that the Competitions Committee reserve the right to amend the draw within a 30 min period either side of your booked tee time. To enter our Open Competitions you must hold a current CONGU handicap. Please being your CDH number with you. Cancellations should be made via the golf course as soon as possible. Entry fees will be refunded 14 days or more before the competition. No refunds will be made thereafter. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique booking reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play a 50% refund will be issued. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be no refund. Please note NO REFUNDS for all Open Competitions. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be made. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be made. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== There is no strict dress code at North Inch, just come and enjoy your golf. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies We have one buggy available for hire. This is only available for a player with medical reasons. The golf buggy cannot be booked online and must be booked by calling 01738 475478#' Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01738 475478.
