This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time on the 1st Tee. Green Fee Rates 2015 SUMMER RATES (1st April to 1st October) Monday to Friday: £44 per round before 1pm  - £38 per round after 1pm - £32 per round after 4pm - Day Rate £55 Weekend: £53 per round before 1pm - £47 per round after 1pm - £40 per round after 4pm - Day Rate £64 2013 / 14 WINTER RATES (1st October to 31st March) Monday to Friday - £22 per round. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Catering arrangements can be made by contacting the golf shop for society and greenfee visitors. Summer Open Competition competitors - a two course meal is included in the entry fee. Winter Open Competition competitors - a single course hot buffet is included in the entry fee. NGC Charity Day & Auction - Food is NOT included with the entry fee but will be available. PLEASE NOTE - SHOTGUN WINTER OPEN - This is a shotgun start for all competitors at 9.00am. You are NOT booking the time selected and will be allocated your starting hole. LADIES OPEN - Teams may contain a maximum of 2 Newark GC members. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process and full payment will be taken. When you arrive for your round of golf, you must register in the Golf Shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by contacting the Golf Shop directly on 01636 626282 opt 1 If you cancel your booking more than 48 Hours before your date of play, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours in advance, there will be a refund of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking no refunds will be given. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to start your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Please see our dress and safety regulations in the visitor's section of our website. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you can enter this in the booking form. Buggy Hire is at the discretion of Newark Golf Club. Golf Carts and Trolleys If you would like to arrange the hire of golf carts or trolleys you can enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively contact the club directly by phone on 01636 626282 opt 1.
