Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Accuracy ======= Although all reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information (including prices) on our web site, in our email newsletters, in our promotion material and in printed media, regrettably changes and errors occasionally occur. You must therefore check the details of your chosen tee time (including the price) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to increase the price of any tee time advertised on our website at any time before you book. Any price changes will be clearly visible to you at the time of booking. Any subsequent reduction in prices due to special offers advertised will not apply to confirmed bookings. Payment ======= Open Competitions: If you are entering an Open Competition the full price will be deducted from your credit card immediately. Refunds for opens will only be granted if notice is given more than one month from date of open. Active Handicap Certificates must be shown to win a prize. Green Fees: To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay the balance by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the Professional’s shop or office before beginning your round. All payments made, and outstanding amounts will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation. Cancellation Policy =================== Open Competitions: If you are entering an open competition the full price will be deducted from your credit/debit card immediately. Refunds will only be granted if notice is given more than one month from date of competition. Green Fees: If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there may be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend providing they comply with the booking restrictions. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Smart, clean and presentable dress must be worn at all times. As to acceptable dress – the General Committees’ decision is final. The following items are unacceptable on the course: Jeans, Collarless T-Shirts, Men’s Three-Quarter Trousers. Any person not adhering to the correct dress rules will not be served and will be requested to leave the club. Spikes ====== Metal or soft spikes may be worn on the course but not in the Clubhouse. Golf Buggies The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy please contact the pro shop on 01639 633693 to reserve one.  Please note that the availability of buggies is subject to weather conditions on the day.  If the ground conditions are considered to be too dangerous or damaging to the golf course then buggies will not be allowed to be used.
