TERMS AND CONDITIONS & GENERAL INFORMATION:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.
Payment
=======
You will be asked to enter your credit card details at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations received within 72 hours of your date of play, will be a charge of 100% of the total green fee.
You must contact the club directly to cancel your booking.
You must report to the Golf Shop prior to beginning your round.
Please be aware that if you are booking as a 1-ball, 2-ball or 3-ball the resort reserves the right to add another player to your booking especially on busy days.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed, you will be refunded. Refunds will only be granted on closure of the course on the day not in advance.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend however not amend the date of booking.
Dress Code
==========
Smart casual dress is essential. Denim jeans and Sports Jerseys are strictly prohibited. The Resort reserves the right to refuse access to the Clubhouse/Course to anyone dressed inappropriately.
Spikes
======
Please note that metal spikes are not permitted on the golf course.
Course Play
==============
Please avoid slow play at all times, the course plays at a 4 ball pace of 2hrs 15 minutes for each 9 holes. This is to be expected at all times, WHS Certificates are expected to be produced.
Any PGA Professionals looking to join a group or play the course must contact the Director of Golf no less than 48 hours before play if they wish to receive courtesy of the course. PGA Professional's will receive 1 round courtesy per year on production of PGA Member number and subject to availability. Please email Matt Sandercock, Director of Golf -

Directions from Dublin to Mount Juliet

Take the N7(Naas Road)
Continue onto the M7, signposted "Waterford, Carlow & Kilkenny" which is Exit 11.
Follow the M9 and take Exit 9 signposted "Kilkenny/Stoneyford"
At the top of the ramp turn left onto the N10 heading for Stoneyford.
Drive straight through the village of Stoneyford and at the end of the village there is a fork in the road (at the school). Bear left on this road which is sign posted "Mount Juliet 4km"
After 4km, Mount Juliet will be on the left.
Directions from Waterford

Follow M9 signposted Dublin.
Take Exit 10 signposted Knocktopher and follow signs for Mount Juliet from the village of Knocktopher.
