Buggies will not be hired out when frost holes are in use and Season Ticket Holders ride on buggies must not be taken onto the course in these conditions.
Buggies will only be available for hire up until 11 a.m. so that they can be returned prior to the Professional Shop closing at 3 pm.

CANCELLATIONS

Season Ticket Holders must report to the Professional Shop at least 10 minutes before their tee time. Any Season Ticket Holder who is late cannot be guaranteed a time. If you do not intend to play, please delete your booking on the BRS system or phone the Professional Shop on 01674 672634.

Tee usage will be monitored and Season Ticket Holders who repeatedly cancel late or fail to turn up will be dealt with appropriately.

BAD WEATHER POLICY

If courses become unplayable, they may be closed on the authority of the Course Manager or the senior member of Green Staff on duty.

If they are unavailable, the Tournament Convenor, Professional, his assistant or a nominated member of the Management Committee has full authority for declaring the courses closed and for their re-opening.

In the event of Course Closure, players who lose their tee time will only be able to play later if there are available tee times after the Course is reopened i.e. at the time when the Course reopens players who already have a tee booked will have priority.

If there is a need to suspend play the following signals will be used:

Discontinue play immediately one prolonged note of the siren

Discontinue play three consecutive notes of the siren repeated

Resume play two short notes of the siren, repeated

When play is suspended Rule 6-8b (R & A Rules of Golf) will apply
