Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. You should report to the golf shop before beginning your round. If the golf shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting Mile End Golf Club by email, shop@mileendgolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01691 671246. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. If you fail to arrive for your booking and have also failed to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Casual Visitor Green Fees: ========================== If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your time of play you will initially be offered an alternative date. If an alternative date is not convenient your payment will be refunded less a £5.00 per person administration charge. Refunds are not made if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your booking time although an alternative date will still be offered. Open Competitions: ================== Refunds for Open Competitions will only be granted if notice is given more than two weeks from the date of the event. Cancellation fees: ================== For all booking cancellations Mile End Golf Club will make a charge of £5.00 per booking. This is to reimburse the club for processing fees charged by the credit card company plus the additional cost of administration. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather) then you can chose between arranging an alternative date or a full refund. In the event of any Open competition being postponed/cancelled then you may be offered a place for a rearranged date. If you can not make the new date then you will be offered a voucher to visit Mile End at another time. Booking Transferable ==================== The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Normal golf dress code applies. The following are not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, etc. Equipment ========= Every player is expected to have golf equipment for their own individual use. Sharing of golf bags is not allowed. Spikes ====== We have no particular rules regarding spiked footwear Golf Buggies Buggy Hire Is Available.
