TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our secure online Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will be debited within one working day for the full amount of your green fee.

You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should report to the Club office or call in after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique
reference number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
you will be entitled to a full refund of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking within 1 week of your date of play, you will only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your tee time, there will be no refund of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
General Green fee:

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be entitled to a full refund of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card.

Open Competition:

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather) you will be given a voucher to use for a future Competition or alternatively a round of golf.

Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
The Club dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, .....

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn however, soft spikes are preferred.

Golf Buggies

BUGGY HIRE: We have 4 buggies for hire at the Club that can be pre-booked. The rental cost is £22.00 per round, If you require a buggy you should enter this in the booking form. You can hire electric trolleys, pull trolleys via our Pro-Shop - please call 01297 442963 to make your booking

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01297-442963.
