TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet  booking facility.

CORONA VIRUS CONDITIONS OF PLAY:
===============================
Due to the current pandemic, please review the following regulations for playing golf with us. Failure to observe and follow these rules will result in you being asked to leave the course, with no refunds given. Please also note that your data may also be used for contact tracing purposes. PAYMENT
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. PAYMENT will be taken at the time of booking.

When you turn up for your casual round of golf please check in at the PRO SHOP prior to going out to play. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by phoning the SECRETARY'S OFFICE or the PRO-SHOP on 01242 526785.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 WEEK before your date of play, we can switch your booking to another time or day or we shall refund any payment you may have made in full to the credit/debit card used.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 WEEK in advance, we will refund only 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking there will be NO REFUND made.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), we shall switch your booking to another date and time at no charge  or we shall refund to you the amount paid directly to your credit/debit card.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
A dress code applies, please see our website (www.lilleybrook.co.uk/visitors_societies/dress_code_2/) . The following are therefore not permitted: denims, rugby shorts, football/rugby tops, .....

GOLF SHOES
==========
Proper golf shoes must be worn.

Golf Buggies

BUGGY MESSAGE: PLEASE NOTE THAT BUGGIES ARE NOT INVOICED OUT AT TIME OF BOOKING AND WILL THEREFORE NEED TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF CHECKING IN. If no buggies are showing on the system please contact the Professional shop on 01242 526785 Option 2.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01242 526785 opt 6.
