Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Please report to the Golf Shop on your arrival at Leven Links. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ If you need to cancel your booking, please contact the Golf Shop on 01333 421390 to advise. We will try to rearrange you booking to suit. All cancellations will be offered 100% credit for an alternative date to play up to 31st December 2021. No show, No refund. Caddies ======= If you have booked caddies and cancel within 48 hours or fail to cancel your booking, a £25.00 cancellation fee will be issued. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), we will contact you to rearrange your game. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Handicaps are not required but you must be able to play to standard. A round of golf at Leven Links should take no more than 4 hours. Dress Code ========== Normal golf dress code applies. An acceptable standard of dress for golf on the Links and in the Clubhouse is expected. Golf shoes must be worn on the course. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies We have 2 buggys that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please contact us directly.
