Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking in GBP. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting Leigh Golf Club Ltd by email, secretary@leighgolf.co.uk or telephone, 001925762943. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking 24 hours before, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card in GBP. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops. Golf Buggies The club does have a range of two seater club buggies available for use, these must be booked via the pro shop on 01925 762 943 (Opt 1). If you wish to bring a buggy then you must have suitable insurance and you must be able to provide this on the day. Please check the clubs website for course restrictions if there are any. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01925 762943.
