Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the Leeds Golf Centre Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will be debited at the time of booking for the full green fee amount. When you turn up for your round, you should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round to collect your green fee ticket. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by calling Leeds Golf Centre direct on 01132886000 you cannot cancel your booking online. The shop is open 7 days a week from 7:00 until 20:00 If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your date of play, we can either transfer the booking to another day or refund the full amount as a voucher to your account in the shop to use against any purchases or services at Leeds Golf Centre. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours in advance, we can transfer your booking to another available time there will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), we will refund the green fee back to your credit/debit card or transfer the tee time to another date. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies on the Wike Ridge course. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... There is no dress code on the Oaks Par 3 course although we ask that everyone wears either golf shoes or trainers for safety reasons. Spikes ====== Soft Spikes only may be worn on both courses Golf Buggies PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM MONDAY 20TH OCTOBER 2014 ALL TROLLIES MUST HAVE WINTER WHEELS ATTACHED. BUGGIES WILL BE ASSESSED ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS AND MAYBE RESTRICTED TO BUGGY PATHS ONLY. The club has 16 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Buggies booked online are always subject to availability on the day. If you require a buggy it is advisable to ring to check that one will be available on the day. Buggy hire is at the discretion of the golf club. Please note that a credit or debit card deposit will be required for hire of a buggy. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01132886000.
