Note: This registration form is also used to register to view the Members' Area on the club web site.

Once you have completed and submitted the form, the Club will need to verify your details and activate your account before you will be able to login and book.
You will receive an email when your account is activated.

Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line (for green fees or open events) you must reserve your time, enter your details in full and then you will be directed to our World Pay on-line payment system to take full pre payment. You Must report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed please see the office. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. For Open Events, refunds will only be given if the competition is cancelled or a replacement is found. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Or if you have already paid, you can transfer to an alternative day or have a full refund. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= All Golfers must be members of Golf Club. All Golfers must adhere to the speed of play and etiquette. Dress Code ========== Please see details of our dress code on our web site www.langlandbaygolfclub.com Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn.
