Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To book a tee time on-line you will be required to enter your debit/credit card details to secure your booking. Please note that payment will not be taken from your card at this point. Currently your booking is under provisional status. In order to secure your booking, a £25 per person deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable by 1st July 2024.

If you require to cancel your booking, then we will refund in full any payment made if the booking is cancelled more than 7 days in advance of day of play.  
For cancellations between 7-4 days in advance we will retain the £25pp deposit and refund any balance paid.
For cancellations within 3 days of date of play then no refund of any payments will be due.

If you require any hire buggies, electric trollies or pull trollies then please do let us know.

Additionally, if you would like to have something to eat in the Clubhouse either before or after your round of golf, then please do let us know as due to the popularity of our Clubhouse catering service, this does require to be pre-booked and the attached visitor document provides details of what is available.

Golf Buggies

BUGGY MESSAGE:
The club has 4 buggies that can be booked subject to availability. If you require a buggy, please contact the Professional Shop on 01292313920 (Option 1).

Buggy hire is entirely at the discretion of the Club.

requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
