TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
online booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not
process the transaction until you turn up to play.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the
steward before beginning your round.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique
booking reference number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
We do not require players to have a handicap, but we do expect players to understand the etiquette of golf.  We request players to enter the name of their home club and handicap primarily for entry into Opens - if you do not belong to a club please enter "none" and any number for the handicap.
Watch out for the bells on the course (4th/13th fairway and green, 7th/16th green) and ring them when you pass (and wait for a bell to be rung before taking your shot)
Try to avoid slow play.
Please let faster groups play through - you will enjoy your game more without being pressurised from behind and they will appreciate it.
Please repair divots and pitch marks.  
Do not share clubs.
Maximum number of players in any group is 4.

Dress Code
==========
Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: football/rugby tops, .....

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has limited buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form.
Buggys are not available in the winter.
If you have booked a buggy/ trolley or clubs for a tee time before 9am or after 5pm please phone the clubhouse the day before to confirm.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01567 820312.
