TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the booking of tee times, use of our facility and use our online booking platform at Kilcock Golf Club.
PAYMENT: To book a tee time, full payment will be required. When booking online, you will be directed to our secure online payment platform. No refunds will be given if the tee time is cancelled without a minimum of 24hrs notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your booking online using the booking reference code by contacting
[email protected] or calling 016287592. Failure to cancel your booking less than 48 hours before play will incur a charge of 100% of the green fee.
PAYMENT REFUNDS: All refund payments will be made following approval from the General Manager. Please note it can take up to 14 days to complete this transaction.
BOOKING TRANSFERABLE: The Booking is completely transferable. If you cannot make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else, such as a family member or friend.
SPECIAL OFFERS: From time to time we may offer reduced rates (e.g., Twilight). Please note this may limit the number of holes you will be able to play, and you must leave the golf course at the designated closing time.
COURSE CLOSED: If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed, an alternative date of play will be offered by the Golf Team.
DRESS CODE: Appropriate clothing and golfing footwear to be worn at all times on the golf course. Metal spikes are strictly prohibited.
ARRIVAL POLICY: All players must check-in at the Golf Shop or designated arrival area at least 20 minutes before their tee time.
PAIRING POLICY: The club reserves the right to pair up golfers as required (e.g., 2 x two balls into 1 x fourball). If for any reason you would not like to be paired with others, please notify the club at time of booking. Additional fees may apply.
LOCAL RULES: Before commencing play, please read additional local rules that will be posted on the Club noticeboard.
COURSE MAINTENANCE: Takes place throughout the year. All reasonable efforts will be made to inform golfers in advance of planned works.
HEALTH & SAFETY: Kilcock Golf Club will not be responsible for loss, damage, or injury to any person or property when using the facilities. Please read the Golf Course Safety & Etiquette rules prior to commencing play. Management reserve the right to refuse admission and their decision is final.
BUGGY USE POLICY: Golf Buggies can be booked in advance by telephoning the Golf Shop on 016287592. Use of buggies is subject to course condition. Upon hiring a Golf Buggy, you are deemed to have accepted the terms outlined in the Buggy Hire Disclaimer Notice.
