This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. OPEN COMPETITIONS ================= All Visitors playing in our Open Events must be full members of a Golf Club - we will not accept "Open Play" Golfers for Open Competitions Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. If you are booking into an Open Competition or a tee-time, full payment will be taken from your card. Please note that the Competitions Committee reserve the right to amend the draw within a 15 min period either side of booked tee time. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking or open entry on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, a full refund will be given. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the fee. If you cancel your booking less than 1 working day in advance of the event payment will be retained by the club. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be given. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund or choice of alternative date will be offered. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However, sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and track suit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Footwear - shoes or sandals - should be worn within the clubhouse but not spiked shoes or trainers. Spikes ====== Soft spikes are preferred on the course. Golf Buggies The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please contact the professional shop or the office.
