Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

HOUGHTON-LE-SPRING GOLF CLUB – T&C’S BRS ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility.
Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking.   You will be required to enter your credit or debit card details.   You should print off or make a note of your booking reference number as this may be required on your arrival at the club.  
You should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.
Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by contacting the Professional or in his absence our Secretary on 0191 5841198.   Please note you will need your unique booking reference at the time of cancellation.   At least 7 days’ notice is required to obtain a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before date of play will not be eligible for a refund.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered an alternative date.
Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
To play any open competition you MUST be a member of an affiliated golf club with an active WHS Handicap - iGolf players are NOT eligible to enter. 
Dress Code
==========
Normal golf dress code applies. The following are not permitted on the course: denims, football/rugby tops, etc. shorts must be tailored.   Spikes may be worn.
Buggies
==========
If you would like to hire a buggy you should contact the club via telephone on 0191 5841198 to reserve one for the tee time you have booked.

Golf Buggies

The club currently has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you call the golf shop after booking your tee time to reserve one.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01915841198 option 3.
