Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full prepayment of green fee will be taken from your card. When you arrive at the golf club you should report to the Professional Shop to pay any outstanding balance on your booking, collect your ticket and any other services you require. Open Competitions - If you are booking into an Open Competition full pre payment will be taken from your card. Please note that the Competitions Committee reserve the right to amend the draw within a 15 min period either side of booked tee time. Refund & Cancellation Policy ============================= You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique reference number. If you fail to cancel your booking no refunds will be offered. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to date of play, any monies paid over will be refunded to your credit/debit card. Cancellation of Open Competition entries less than 14 days prior to the even will not be refunded. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee or be offered the opportunity to move it to another day and/or time, subject to availability. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Smart casual dress is expected both on the golf course and in the clubhouse. Replica football/rugby shirts, gents sleeveless shirts, vests, cut off jeans, non-tailored or camouflage shorts are not acceptable. Spikes ========== Spikes may be worn but not in the Lounge or Dining area of the Clubhouse Golf Buggies The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01890 882678.
