Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the Hassocks Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should pay at the bar or call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is available to all golfers ie you do not require a handicap certificate. Dress Code ========== Normal golf club dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn although only soft spikes are permitted in the bar. Golf Buggies The Club has 5 buggies available for hire. If you require a buggy, please enter this on the booking form. A refundable deposit of £20 is required on the day and terms of use apply. Buggy hire is at the discretion of the Club and subject to ground conditions. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01273 846630.
