Member Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet booking facility.
You will need to visit reception where you will be issued with a receipt. You must keep your receipt with you at all times when you play.
You should report to the main reception before beginning your round.
You MUST obtain a receipt for your round of golf from reception and present this to the starter on the first tee before starting. Whilst at reception scorecards are available from the right hand side of the desk.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the booking up to 24 hours in advance by emailing
[email protected] with your booking reference number, lead booking name, date booked and tee time.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Dress Code & Rules
===================
Maximum 4 golfers per group.
All golfers must have their own bag with clubs.
Please avoid slow play at all times, you have 2 hours to complete 9 holes and 4 hours for 18 holes.
Normal Golf dress code applies. Golf shoes or flat soled trainers must be worn.
Strictly no jeans. Tailored shorts are allowed.
Insurance

We advise all golfers to arrange 3rd party golf insurance.
