Green Fee Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times or if you form a complete fourball

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
online booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by phoning the club. If you cancel your booking, more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. 
Cancellations 1 week prior to play date you will be a charged at 50% of the green fee, that is a refund of 50% will be credited back to you.

Failure to cancel your booking:
If you fail to cancel your booking, the green fee paid will not be reimbursed.

Booking transferability:
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.  Please ensure they bring a printout of the online booking confirmation.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered an alternative date.

Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
The following are not acceptable forms of attire: faded and distressed denims; football or rugby -shorts, tops or boots, collarless shirts, cargo shorts, tee shirts with slogans or artwork. All shirts must be tucked in.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn but are not permitted in the clubhouse

Alcohol
======
Although alcohol is permitted on the course “excessive drinking” is prohibited and players should not drink if driving a buggy.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. Buggies must be booked direct with the club and are not able to be reserved online. Please call 01724 762945 during opening hours

The club reserves the right to disallow the use of buggies on course if the course condition on the day is such that significant damage would be caused.
