Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the The Gower Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, you should call into the Bar and see the Barstaff. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique booking reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= In the highly unlikely event that the course is closed and you are unable to play your round, no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= We expect all golfers to be able to play to the equivalent standard of a handicap 36 or less. If you are holding up play, you will be asked to stand aside and let groups through to clear the hold up behind you. Dress Code ========== Usual golf dress code applies, golf shoes must be worn. Denims, training shorts & trousers, football/rugby tops, hoodies are not permitted on the course. Suitable clothing can be purchased from the Pro Shop. Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has 8 buggies available to book by calling the Pro Shop on 01792 879905. Occasionally buggies are unavailable due to technical faults or weather conditions, so if you cannot play without a buggy we recommend you call the pro shop on the day of your visit. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01792 872480.
